Southwestern Grilled Chicken Salad & Avocado


Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

salt and pepper


What to do:

Flatten chicken breasts by placing them between plastic wrap and pounding with a mallet to about 1/2 inch thickness.

Rub with seasoning. Place on #grill or in cast iron pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Slice in diagonal strips.




Serve with sliced #avocados and arugula or your favorite leaves.

Drizzle with lemon juice.
